Job description

  • Marketing planning:
  • Strong contributor to the development of Marketing in long-term (>03 years) and short-term (<01 year) as well as AOP plan, based on market intelligent analysis and in-depth understanding of customer's/consumer's insight in priority BUs.
  • Coordinate with International Sales team (both in VN and Oversea) to get information on the market & competitors, ensure prompt tracking to achieved AOP target.
  • Support Sales team to develop a good understanding of consumer needs and trends in order to develop corresponding products for each market and channel.
  • Follow up with Marketing activities:
  • Coordinate and operate succesfully B2B/B2C's Exhibitions/Events in priority markets.
  • Develop and build Marketing materials and methods to achieve AOP targets.
  • Supervisie and monitor all Marketing activities implemented in BUs.

Job Requirement

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing or related field

Related experiences

  • At least 02 years of working experience as Marketing Executive/Assistant Brand Manager
  • Having worked for FMCG is an advantage

Essential Capabilities

  • Ability to be self-directed and work independently/in teams

  • Good logical thinking, creativity and Marketing competency

  • Able to work under high pressure environment.

2nd Languague ability

  • Fluent in English

Computer skills

  • MS Office

Travel is required
