Job description
- Develop new business leads
- Evaluate customer potential and set up corporate accounts
- Manage existing and new potential accounts
- Reactivate old users and manage retention program
- Assist customers in troubleshooting app/order problems
- Analyze and research customer profiles and order behavior
- Exceed individual and team targets & KPIs
Job Requirement
- A Bachelor’s degree holder in business or related disciplines
- At least 1 - 2 years in sales/ business development role
- Prefers candidates who have experience in F&B/ Retails/ E-wallet/ E-commerce company
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English
- A data-driven approach to problem solving
- Familiarity of using existing social media platforms
- Positive, passionate, proactive, self-initiative and attentive to details
