Job description

Main responsibility: Enhancing each project in CC Division by recruiting to professional, or potential, high-motivated contact center employees in Agents positions or Senior position Who supply each client's and project's requirement.

Daily tasks:  

• Design and implement recruiting plan.  
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives 
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc…. 
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc… 
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications 
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule 
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes 
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated 
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices 
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team 
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process 
• Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”

Job Requirement

• Fresh graduates are referred
• Has experiences of job opening, collect CV, interview for mass recruiting (at least 6 months in recruitment is a plus)
• Any experiences of recruitment for call center or support center. 
• Ability to work independently on multiple concurrent initiatives 
• Self-development skills. 
• Plans, conducts, coordinates and implements for recruitment effectively 
• Collaboration with colleagues and related departments.

- Gross salary: Negotiable (From VND 7 million/month)

- Periodical bonus: Twice/year 

- Position promotion, salary increase: once/year
