Job description

Develop Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies:

  • Build CRM's full year strategy and develop execution plans (establish yearly policy & fetch detail direction, new function innovation)
  • Ensure CRM’s KPI - developing specified promotions/plans to maintain member loyalty & drive direct traffics to the cinemas.
  • Nurture customer relationship & value through exclusive activities/gift & other events.

Manage and Control CRM Communication Channels:

  • SMS: Create content and send SMS to target audience for specific campaigns/promotion.
  • EDM: Build template and content for specific EDM campaigns; optimize efficiency of EDM campaigns with given budget.
  • Other Online channels: Manage content related to specific CRM Campaigns on Web/App & SNS (Facebook, Instagram,...).

Manage, control and analysis Customer Database:

  • Provide executive analysis for upcoming campaigns or certain requests from other teams.
  • Suggest direction & strategy based on executive analysis.
  • Conduct market research/surveys based on current customers to explore new insights/market study.

Manage and develop CGV Membership Program:

  • Yearly propose membership policy.
  • Monthly and weekly tracking membership performance and proposing directions for improvement as needed.
  • Nurture customer relationship & value through exclusive activities. and events.
  • Manage suppliers to produce & deliver membership materials, gifts,... to the cinemas on time for specific campaigns.
  • Build workflow for specific membership campaigns/ promotion and work closely with digital team for smoothly automation running.
  • Work closely with IT team for system development which directly supports for CRM campaigns.
  • Maintain effective communication with operation team in regarding to membership program (i.e guideline, policy, POSM & other issues related to customer service).

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing fields.
  • 3-4 years of experience in CRM/social/digital marketing. Experience working in E-commerce, Retail, Marketing Agencies is a plus.
  • Good experience in CRM system and data analysis is a plus.
  • Independent, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment.
  • Good command of English.
