Job description
- Contact mobile app game customers to understand their experience in using the company's mobile apps
- Flexibly apply company's game expertise and service skills, to offer customers maximum user satisfaction
- Collect feedback on the company's mobile apps (using chat tools) for suggestions to improve product and user experience
- Encourage app users and remind them to use the app games platform regularly
- Provide online guidance for players of the various app games, organize player activities, and establish positive relationship with them
- Recruit app players/customers via game platforms, online forums, chat tools, etc.
- Organize players to enter games, improve players’ perception of the game, and increase loyalty and usage.
Job Requirement
- Enjoys gaming and have certain game experience background
- Customer service-oriented with good Chinese communication skills to communicate with customers/players. Prior experience in telesales is a plus.
- Have strong learning ability with strong sense of team spirit
- Able to use online chat tools and apps effectively
- Highly motivated and enjoys online gaming app industry to promote the company's apps.
