Job description

Be a part of Leasing Marketing Team, responsible for taking care of customers who want to rent luxurious apartments with Hoozing in Ho Chi Minh City.

• Serve the customer in various CRM channels: Phone, chat, Facebook‘s fanpage...
• Make phone call to customer list who are interested in Hoozing‘s services.
• Solve problems related to renting apartment.

Job Requirement

• Fluent speaking in English.
• Be enthusiasm, responsible, solution-oriented.
• Care to customer, willing to help them to find the suitable apartment and solve all the concerns during the renting duration.
• Be good at computer science.
• Candidate with hospitality, travelling background or has Customer Support experience is preferred.
