Job description

- Support Food Service team to grow Food Service with a variety of products and new initiatives together with food testing, conducting survey and launching.
- Coordinate with Marketing team to keep the CK branding consistent as well as develop promotions, new product POSM (online and offline).
- Handling FS documents such as SOP, survey consolidation, new item launch reports and analysis, PPT presentation.
- Maintaining correspondence, documentation files, including new launched item reports, SOPs, food tasting surveys and other Food Service Development related document on both soft and hard copy.
- Scheduling and organizing activities such as meetings and tasting programs including sending invitations, ordering, and preparing food, keeping track of respondents and follow up.
- Support photo shooting for both SOP and POSM.
- Support on documentary preparation for Approval Process: Item listing proposal, Item cost creation request.
- Support FS team on carrying the admin and paperwork.
- Any other ad hoc duties as and when required.

Job Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Retail knowledge is an advantage.
- High sense of responsibility, positive attitude, good teamwork spirit but still able to work independently, eager to learn and willing to take up challenges.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Food & Beverage lover.
