Job description

• Work with a Recruitment Team to perform full cycle of recruitment process include sourcing and contact candidates, conducting interviews;
• Research and implement unique and creative strategies to source hard-to-find candidates;
• Screen and interview prospective candidates for open requisitions, provide a candidate writeup for each candidate and give recommendations of those to move forward in the hiring process;
• Follow and update processes recruitment. Track candidates and input any information regarding candidates into the company database;
• Be timely in all communication and project updates, especially regarding delays in the hiring process;
• Perform salary research for open positions, if requested;
• Change and adapt processes to the specific needs of each client;
• Build strong relationship with hiring managers and external parties.

Job Requirement

• More than 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting;
• Have passion for HR recruitment and consulting;
• Confident in communication (Vietnamese & English); 
• Energetic, enthusiastic and sociable.
