Job description

  • Contribute to employees survery, understand insights, expectations, feedback identify selling points as foundation to design EVP for internal and external communications
  • Work closely with HR to design, run and monitor your Employee Value Proposition.
  • Develop communications plan to stakehodlers involved and implement it. Translate strategic activity into messages and activities that are relevant at industries, functions and individual level.
  • Further develop a range of communication delivery channels to most effectively deliver messages to internal and external audiences (employees & mass)
  • Deliver messages across channels, e.g. intranet, social media, print, digital, screens, email as the appropriate means for communicating with staff depending on the nature and context of different communications.

  • Create a framework of clear and effective employee communications on a broad variety of topics to create a sense of shared purpose that is relevant to the working lives of all staff.
  • Provide communication tools and content to Leadership/managers to develop culturebased on a consistent two-way flow of information.
  • Provide clearand effective communication inresponse to crisis or emergency situationsto reassure and guide staff especially for matter related to employees
  • Measure effectiveness of communications process
  • Contribute to employee engement by measuring employees attitude and measuring

Job Requirement

  • At least 8 years of experiences in communications or HR EVP or Employee Relations position with strong communications skills sets and experiences
  • Demonstrates ability to work in senior internal communication roles
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Track record of overseeing and developing successful EVP/internal communications programs in international organizations
  • Independent and autonomous
  • Exemplary written and oral communication skills
  • Capable of building consensus at all levels and across the enterprise
  • Excellent counseling and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Experienced in a digital environment
  • Ability to be persuasive, collaborative, and manage a team
