Mô tả công việc

1. Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales professional to join our team in Food Processing Vietnam. Sales Asia will be responsible for managing and growing our customer base in Asia, including developing and executing sales strategies and managing key customer relationships. 

2. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in Asia.
  • Identify and prioritize potential customers, and develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Develop and negotiate pricing and contracts with customers, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and production, to develop and deliver products that meet customer needs and requirements.
  • Track and analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and build relationships with customers and partners.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including managing customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and regulations, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and standards.
  • Travel regularly within Asia to meet with customers and attend trade shows.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 08 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food industry.
  • Strong understanding of Asian markets and cultures.
  • Proven track record in sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, particularly regarding food safety and quality.
  • Proficiency in English.
