Job description

• Stabilize the operation of the company specializes in producing and trading seafood, and has 02 factories with 1,000 headcounts in Nha Be Dis. HCMC.
• Direct and implement strategic and comprehensive sourcing and trading management.
• Oversee the day-to-day company activities such as budget and finance, account payable, payments, employee training, and law compliance.
• Managed overall operational activities and exports of the plant Co-ordinated with overseas buyers for export.
• Negotiate and fixed the price with buyers for all varieties of Fish and Shrimp products as per the international market price.
• Monitored daily profit and loss (P&L) analysis of the production.
• Managed manpower and productivity of the plant.
• Coordinating with Production Manager to assess technical documents of product and feedback to customers and apply in the factory.
• Assist the factory to coordinate and secure the production schedule in accordance with the components delivery and shipping schedule.

Job Requirement

• At least 05 years of experience in top management position preferably in seafood manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, and human resources).
• Have great team building, decision-making, and people management skills.
• Proven track record of successfully managing 500+ sized production factories with a strong performance in productivity and material utilization.
• Strong leadership.
• Excellent command of English.
• Problem-solving skills.
