Job description

• Compliance with the provisions of the company’s working time, rest periods; regulations on personal hygiene when working in warehouses and related areas.
• Understand thoroughly about factory FSMS update the latest term from management broad and deploy with other staff in group.
• Perform/ arrange manpower for the sampling of material at warehouse and control the quality of income material. Assure that the quality of material match the internal standard.
• Perform/ arrange manpower for the sampling and checking those commodities as off grade, return, pre-shipment follow requirement and in time, accurate.
• Perform/ arrange manpower for control the quality at handpicking line, assure that the quality of commodity matches the internal standard.
• Control the safe status of incoming material and transports, control the sampling and measuring to assure that the data is accurate.
• Take care of all equipment, machines in the area in charge, assure that all machines/ equipment are always in good status, clean and available.
• Perform inspection and control of all warehouse active match regulation of GMP/SSOP.
• Perform inspection and control of pest and animal control in the area in charge. To ensure effective control of insect and harmful animals

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology or related majors;
• At least 5 years experience in role of QA at food factory;
• Have knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSMS, BRC and etc
• Have knowledge of SAP
• Good English.
