Job description

+ Prepare/mix lab scale sample
+ Control Lab scale recipe and keep record of lab scale sample
+ Prepare tasting session (triangle, simplified cupping, testing raw materials etc.) for new product.
+ Support AG Specialist and follow up trial as preparation RMs, checking weighing and batching with production, send sample for analysis and take sampling.
+ Support AG Spacialist to manage and prepare sample for consumer test as preparation RMs, provide label to MKT, follow up to take label, prepare samples, monitor & manage packing samples, send sample for analysis, follow up the result and inform to AG Specialist or MKT, take sampling for shelf life study, arrange sample for Technical Acceptance etc.
+ Prepare sample and documents for analysis at local lab or NQAC, follow up and update for the results to AG Specialist.
+ Send samples to R&D/TCU/PTC/SBU for Technical Acceptance+ Control condition of shelf life room.
+ Keep shelf life test sample with correct scheme, remaining sample for analysis.
+ Follow up shelf life test samples, prepare tasting for shelf life test sample; send shefl life test sample for analysis.
+ Key in shelf life test result and inform AG Specilaist the result and keeping record properly.

Job Requirement

1. Background in  Food Science, Food technology or Biotechnology.
2. Education requirement: University or College degree.
3. English ability: fair in  reading and speaking.
4. Computer skill: MS.Word, MS Excel
5. Others: sensory evaluation, lab practice, team-work, problem solving skill.

WORKING LOCATION: Amata and Bien Hoa II Industrial Zone, Bien Hoa, Dong Nai.
