Mô tả công việc

  • Implement recruitment procedure and other activities related to the onboarding stage as well as support during the probation period; 
  • Update progress and evaluate recruitment effectiveness; 
  • Implement employer branding activities: 
  • + Collaborate and coordinate Job fairs, Interview days, Seminars, etc. organized by universities, colleges, vocational schools, etc.; 
  • + Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, vocational schools, etc. to ensure sustainable sources of talent for recruitment purposes; 
  • Support setting up internal events, activities for employees and other relevant policies;
  • Support and collaborate with other teams in HR Department. 

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Graduate from Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related majors; 
  • Proficient in English (IELTS 6.5/TOEIC 800); 
  • General knowledge of recruitment and employer branding; 
  • Good content writing and communication skills; 
  • Hard working and proactive; 
  • Freshers are welcome.
