Responsibilities

  • Source SME for short term financing demands which fit the product program of the company
  • Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of customers
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and customers
  • Work quickly to address and resolve customer issues
  • Push high-sales and good customer service practices
  • Create strategies and work with clients to boost their brand
  • Help promote and maintain a positive company image
  • Control fraud and ensure compliance
  • Experience in SME lending would be a preference

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business or Commerce
  • 3-5 years’ experience in sales in relevant industries
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Must be enthusiastic, well organized and adapt to change with passion to win
  • Be able to work independently and work in a team, hardworking
  • Sales and result oriented, customer service mindset and delivery
  • Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to manage several jobs at one time
