Job description

1. New candidate search:

  • Perform senior to management level candidate searches by self (database, Internet).
  • Be proactive in using better sourcing approaches and strictly follow the timelines to ensure the high and consistent quality delivery to the Front team.
  • Explore multiple resources through research of alternative channels of locating candidates.

2. Mapping projects:

  • Work with team leaders to define functions or industries whose candidate pool needs improving for prompt actions/solutions
  • Coordinate specific talent mapping projects with industry team leaders.
  • Candidate screening:
  • Identify suitable candidates through basic phone-screening as required.
  • Prepare supporting documents for candidate presentations.

3. Database update and reports:

  • Ensure all information be updated in database promptly after the information searching and hunting.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as requested by Team leaders and Consultants

Job Requirement

  • 4th-year students or fresh-graduates, major: Economics, Trade, Services, Business Administration, HR Management;
  • Have passion for HR;
  • Good data searching and mining skills;
  • Comfortable networking with others, strong teamwork and supportive spirit;
  • Good at communication skills in both English and Vietnamese;
  • Proficient in MS offices, especially Excel.
