Job description

-  Analyze the business, in addition to financial, competitive and research analysis.
- Experiences in developing, planning and executing ATL & BTL marketing campaign 
-  Drive innovations and lead the creation of creative ideas and works
-  Responsible for planning and executing marketing plans to achieve the targets 
- Conrdinate with D 4D colae and amencies to the trade programs, communications plan within timeline, budget and quality 
- Work closely with Sales team to identify, prioritize and activate brands by channels and responsible for brand operations at the point of sales
- Lead communications campaigns to drive brand propositions among target audience across Vietnam and peighbouring markets

Job Requirement

- Passionate and engaged individual with 5+ years of experience in brand building (in Feed/Farm business is a plus) who have the capacity to cope with short term issues, while still keeping the end vision and objective well ahead of him/her. 
- A marketer with strong brand mindset and communications skills 
- Curious individuals who are able to make complex decisions using all the data available but comfortable enough to use their gut feeling and instinct when these are missing.
- People able to collaborate with a very diverse group with different professional and cultural backgrounds, turning them into an effective and powerful team
- Strong knowledge of brand fundamental, brand building principles and communications principles and practice 
- Strong leadership, logical and analytical thinking to drive vision and strategy behind the brands via developing marketing plans and driving innovations
- Experiences in building team and developing people
