Job description

Our client is a foreign manufacturing company, now is looking for “Sourcing Manager” position working in Quang Nam as detail:

- Manage all suppliers in the factory
- Responsible for price / discount schedule / duties for all factory suppliers
- Run a sourcing project team to find new products / find new suppliers for new projects
- Cooperate with RND / ENG / QA to develop new projects / new suppliers
- Running for localizing projects to reduce the risk of transport for foreign suppliers
- Negotiate annual discounts
- Ensure that global sourcing / buying procedures are carried out and completed.
- Monitoring and reporting KPIs
- Ensure that the RFQ process, complies with company compliance requirements.

Job Requirement

- Graduated from university: Logistic, engineering or related subjects
- Understanding of supply chain and logistics, planning and forecasting systems (MRP / ERP / CRM),
- Have 2 - 5 years of experience in the same position at manufacturing companies
- Good at English
- Proficiency in Ms. office, SAP System
