Job description

• Monitor and control health condition of employee (follow up after periodic health examination, long-term rest;

• Instruct patients with relevant procedures for payment of emergency fees;

• Organize training first aid, periodic health examination, occupational disease examination;

• Organize monitoring and measuring labor environment;

• Prepare health management records, occupational hygiene records to the outside authorities;

• Control outsource clinic service

• Support other assignments in the section when having requirements from Management levels.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, General Affairs, Economics or related majors;

• Having at least 2 years of experience with relevant position.

• Be proficient in English and MS Office;

• Have knowledge about general affairs, company healthcare management;

• Be friendly, careful, hard-working, eager to learn and highly responsible;

• Working time: 07:30 – 16:00 / From Monday to Friday.
• Working place: Dong Nai (have shuttle bus from HCM to Dong Nai)
