Mô tả công việc

• Prepare monthly CAPEX tracking and high light to BOD for any issues in Pepper Plantation.
• Work with related department to fully prepare annual plantation budgeted.
• Cost control under budgeted and prepare analysis report related.
• Prepare all financial report to upload in the group system on time.
• Directly work with Tax, External Auditor and head office to make sure that all tax laws and regulations requirement are followed.
• Ensure all spending in plantation are approved under Financial Authority Matrix.
• Procedure issues if any to strengthen financial control and ensure all financial transaction are followed as policy.
• Safeguard Plantation asset and inform to direct manager for any risks may incur.
• Directly in charge on internal audit and ensure that no major finding.
• Work with external audit to submit financial report on time.
• Review GL and guide FA team to ensure Accounts to be closed as timeline.
• Monitor cash flow and fund on daily basis.
• Review and control AR/AP.
• Monitor the management of inventory (aging, storage loss if any).
• Organize stock count for Fixed Asset and inventory as schedule and report to manager if there are any issues.
• Review payroll & statutory before submitting to management’s approval.
• Implement company’s policy into practices.
• Train and develop staff.
• Ad-hoc jobs assigned by senior management.
   

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance Accounting.
• Have Chief Accountant Certificate.
• At least 3 years of experience in Chief Accountant or General Accountant position (with strong financial report and ad-hoc reports).
• Experience about SAP or ERP experience is plus.
• Ability to manage team.
• Attention to detail. Good analysis skill.
• Well in organization skill.
• Good solving problem skill.
