Job description

• Chịu trách nhiệm phát triển sản phẩm mới, cải tiến sản phẩm hiện tại và công nghệ chế biến thực phẩm

Responsible to develop new food products, improve current products and food process technology

• Thực hiện các trách nhiệm sau theo sự phân công của Phòng R&D

Shall undertake the following responsibilities as the assignment of R&D Department

• Lập kế hoạch, kiểm soát lịch trình và phối hợp với các bộ phận khác trong việc triển khai các dự án

Make plan, control schedule and coordinate with other departments in implementing a project

• Xây dựng thiết kế, quy cách của nguyên liệu thực phẩm và vật liệu đóng gói sản phẩm thực phẩm đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm và đáp ứng nhu cầu sử dụng của người tiêu dùng

Develop design, specifications of food materials and packaging materials for food products which assure product quality and satisfy consumer usage

• Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho các vấn đề chất lượng, các vấn đề sản xuất và các yêu cầu của khách hàng, v.v.

Technical support for quality matters, production troubles, and customer requirements, etc.

• Các công việc khác theo sự phân công của trưởng bộ phận

Other tasks as assigned by the manager

Job Requirement

• Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành Công nghệ thực phẩm hoặc các ngành liên quan

Graduate majored in Food Technology or related fields

• Ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm nghiên cứu & phát triển sản phẩm thực phẩm:

Must have at least 1 year of experience in researching & developing below products: 

• Sản phẩm từ gạo (bánh tráng, sợi mì, bún, phở, miến, cơm, cháo ăn liền)

Rice products (rice paper, noodles, vermicelli, rice, porridge)

• Các loại thực phẩm chế biến

Processed food

• Kiến thức và chuyên môn tốt về công thức sản phẩm thực phẩm, quy trình sản xuất và đóng gói thực phẩm

Good knowledge and expertise about food product formulation, food packaging, and production process

• Có thể làm việc trong môi trường áp lực cao

Can work under a high-pressure environment

• Tiếng Anh giao tiếp, làm việc trực tiếp với sếp Hàn Quốc

Communication English to work directly with Korean managers
