Job description

• Collaborate with factories to evaluate legal requirements for significant projects such as investments and expansions, ensuring adherence to legal standards.
• Provide legal consultation and Consultancy:
• Monitor and analyze new laws affecting factory operations, particularly in areas like fire safety, construction, electricity on topics relevant to factory operations, including electricity, energy, environmental regulations, and construction.
• Manage activities related to compliance within factory operations.
• Translate documents between Vietnamese and English.
• Engage with relevant authorities to clarify legal matters pertaining to the aforementioned fields and ensure company compliance with regulations.
• Supervise the Compliance Section team.
• Mentor and assist junior team members, offering on-the-job training and guidance.

Job Requirement

• Having a Bachelor's degree in Law.
• At least 4-5 years of experience in legal aspects relevant to factory operations, manufacturing.
• Possesses a comprehensive understanding of Vietnamese laws and practical knowledge in business and manufacturing.
• Capable of analyzing information and providing accurate assessments.
• Proficient English skills.
• Careful, honest, hard-working, responsible.
