Job description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's values, objectives, and mission.
- Supervise the entire talent acquisition process, ensure the recruitment of skilled professionals who are in sync with our company's culture, and promote business expansion.
- Manage the talent management and performance appraisal process efficiently to identify employees with high potential and support their professional growth.
- Administer performance evaluation systems by providing constructive feedback to staff and setting clear expectations.
- Develop and implement compensation and benefit plans that attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Spearhead the development and execution of employee engagement plans to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction levels.
- Handle employee relations, addressing any grievances or conflicts professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to devise effective onboarding and training programs for new hires.
- Regularly analyze HR metrics to drive continuous improvement and inform decision-making.
- Act as a strategic partner to the President.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- At least five years of human resource management experience is required.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly efficient and effective in your work practices.
