Job description

1. Execute designs from the Technical Manager. Planning trials, obtaining materials, running trials, recommending improvements and summarizing results are key components

2. Broad use of polymer science and engineering principles to solve product and production challenges and invent new products/processes.

3. Design and conduct experiments to validate product performance

4. Interact with manufacturing personnel to optimize product design for ease of manufacturing

5. Prepare and submit BOMs, technical documents and descriptions to the commercial team to determine value of an innovation

6. Follow the ISO Stage Gate system for project management and tracking

7. Other responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirement

1. Education: Bachelor's Degree or above

2. Seniority & Experience: More than 2.5 years of working as IE in electronic factories

3. Language: Fluent English (Chinese preferred)

4. Excellency in Microsoft office (words, excel, power point)

5. Ability to work independently, teamwork

Other Information

• 8 am - 5 pm; 2 Saturdays/month
• 13th month salary
• Yearly increase salary
