Mô tả công việc

• Develop business strategies, goals, revenue targets, profitability, and action plans for international market business operations.
• Seek, survey, exploit, and develop partnerships and customers in the EU, US as well as international markets.
• Establish the organizational structure, policies, and overall operations of the International Sales Department.
• Implement and monitor business targets and plans. Propose participation in suitable international exhibitions and trade fairs.
• Oversee the execution of transaction activities, contract negotiations, document preparation, transportation, and import-export goods delivery.
• Develop regulations, procedures, and distributor policies in managing international sales activities.
• Identify common risks in international business operations and establish risk control measures.
• Prepare regular reports as required by the leadership.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Educational background: Graduated from university or higher education in Foreign Trade/International Business/Business Administration, etc.
• Legal knowledge: Familiarity with international trade law, prioritizing EU and US markets.
• Work experience: At least 5 years of experience in the same position.
• Experience in FMCG companies (frozen seafood, agricultural products) is preferred.
• Advanced communication skills in English.
• Negotiation, bargaining, and customer persuasion skills.
• Time management skills, goal-oriented management skills.
