Mô tả công việc

Job Descriptions:

• Lead & manage the overall accounting & finance functions that includes financial planning & analysis, budgeting, cash flow management, company direct & indirect taxes, monthly financial statements, monthly management reports and other relevant reports.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the overall finance, accounting and administration functions.
• Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
• Seek out methods for minimising financial risk to the company.
• Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes.
• Establish, maintain & improve the internal controls and financial policies & procedures for the company.
• Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
• Review payments requisition and approve payment vouchers.
• Review and ensuring compliance with local statutory (not limited to finance and tax), Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) & International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) requirements.
• Primary liaison with external professionals, like external auditors and tax agent.
• Working closely with local business partners, company directors, and group regional finance team.
• Other ad hoc project.

Yêu cầu công việc

Job Requirements:

• Candidate is required to possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/
• Candidate possesses Professional Qualifications (e.g. ACCA/CPA), or equivalent is a plus (+).
• Candidate being a member of Vietnam Association of Certified Public Accountants (VACPA) is a plus (+).
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Work-experienced in advertising environment is a plus point.
• Preferably Manager specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Good communication skill and able to communicate effectively in English.

3. Working timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Mon – Fri (off Sat and Sun)
4. 13th Salary or Bonus granted by end of year (optional)

Interview Process:

- Phase 1: Do Finance test in English in 50mins

- Phase 2: one-on-one interview in 10 – 15mins

- Phase 3: Skype interview call with Finance Manager from Singapore
