Mô tả công việc

• Manage all the product technical specifications covering physical, Chemical, microbiological, sensory parameters and quality control online.
• Responsible for conduct and prepare for the external and internal Quality Audit, Quality Audit, Supplier audit, Customer Audit and Mock recall and recovery audit.
• Risk assessment, risk analysis and setting control critical point in processing flow.
• Improve quality processes and ensure compliance such as HACCP, BRC, SSOP,..
• Ensure compliance and record keeping for all mandated quality checks, testing, sampling and sanitation activities;
• Cooperate with related departments to ensure implementation and compliance with the requirements of the quality and food safety system;
• Work progress reports for management;

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology or related majors;
• At least 4 years experience in role of QA at food factory;
• Have knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSMS, BRC, etc
• Have knowledge of SAP
• Good English.
