Mô tả công việc

  • To ensure that all company products and services meet quality standards before they go to market. The primary responsibilities include understanding customer expectations and needs, outlining quality standards and developing quality control processes.
  • Ensure that all Strategic house Targets are met and strive for the achievement of the Quality mission
  • Ensure that the existing QMS satisfies the Clients and look for ways to improve it
  • Support company digitalization strategy and Support multi-country of quality standards alignment strategy
  • Proactive and aggressive in problem solving during product development & making of the products.
  • Engage in customer compliance Material, Products, System, Safety & Environmental
  • Develop and review statistical data from production lines to identify quality problems and recommend changes to production processes or quality controls to eliminate the problem.
  • SOP & procedures are set for the team, required regular updating to meet the changes for better.
  • Instill right Quality Culture amongst Quality team and across Company.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Understanding of garment technical and manufacturing process.
  • Familiar with quality management system
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Minimum Eight  (8) years of experience in QA systems implementation and management, with five 10 years as a CQE/CQM in a medium-size manufacturing environment
  • Experience working in the Apparel Industry
  • Strengthen quality knowledge & enhancing QMS – End to End Processes
  • Chinese and English speaking is an advantage
