Mô tả công việc

Recruitment:

• Carry out recruitment activities for all vacancies of the Company based on requests from departments and divisions;
• Implement procedures to receive new employees;
• Check and ensure that the relevant information of the new employee is complete and accurate;
• Follow up new employees during the probationary period as well as support departments and divisions to recruit and new employees when necessary;
• Making monthly recruitment report;
• Management of recruitment websites;
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, vocational schools, etc. for the purpose of ensuring a stable source of potential candidates for recruitment;
• Cooperate and coordinate activities such as Job Fair, Interview Day, Workshop, etc. by universities, colleges, vocational schools, etc. organization;

Compliance and labor relations:

• Participating in the process of promulgating, revising and invalidating the Labor Regulations, the Collective Labor Agreement, the Regulation on Assignment and Delegation;
• Participating in the organization of Dialogues at Work, Employee Conferences, Gratitude activities for senior employees working at the company, and implementing nutrition improvement activities at the workplace. work and other relevant policies;

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Trade, Social and Humanity, Economic, Economic;
• Priority to candidates with at least 1 year experience in Recruitment or HR relevant fields;
• Laws, Business Administration, Finance, Hospitality Management;
• Good at English (TOIEC 750, IELTS 6.0 or more);
• Good at MS office skills (MS excel, PowerPoint, word…);
• Have general knowledge about Vietnam Labor Law;
